Outlyers like people that created a freshbooks account then stopped using it, or people that don't work independantly full time(hey like me) would skew the data. However, how long it takes to get paid I can imagine being insightfull (I only wish that it shows my clients are espcially bad at paying timely, which has been my suspicion all along).
